Happy St.Patricks Day
one of my favorite days of the year. Me having some Irish blood in me and all. No parade in new york city this year though. At this time last year I was onto my 15th pint of Guiness at Kennedy's pub on West 57th street. The we went to newark and then to my hometown to feuerstiens pub. Way too many Guiness (Nectar of the Gods). It was a long day. Not this year though. No this year I'm just hanging with the family at a friends house. I'm making the corned beef. I can not trust anyone else with the task of making the corned beef and cabbage. Not to brag but I make the best corned beef and cabbage. I put tender loving care into it. I go to this meat packing place by me and get a huge corned beef and cook it just right to the point that it literally melts in your mouth. I can't wait. Iv' got the guiness in the garage so that they are just the right temperature for drinking. I think way too much about the details. I need a hobby.
Well any way, here is an Irish wish for all of you.
May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine upon your face.
And rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand.
Later,ROB
