Better Days

Thank god the rageing sickness has lifted itself from our household. It was hell but we made it through. We had a nice weekend. Our son was baptised on saturday and what a lovely day it was. It rained most of the week and then rained again on sunday but saturday was fucking beautiful. It was like 70 and totally clear. We had the reception at a firehouse in our town and it was a blast. The food was great and the beer was cold. It's always cool to get our kids baptised because my father does it. If you didn't know already he is a minister. I think it's really cool that he gets to baptise his own grandchildren. It makes the whole experience very personal. The baby was great. he just kind of chilled out and watched all that was going on.

Mt folks live in maine now so they made the trip down and drove back the same day. I really appreciated it. They were sad to be leaving so soon. My brother-in-law(my sisters husband) was the godfather and my future sister in law(my wifes bothers fiance)was the godmother. My brother-in-law flew in for the weekend from Minneapolis. It was great that he did.....we had a great time. He is the coolest.

I'll write more later..... have to go do something......Damn this fucking work!
