One Hour To Go!

That's right! One more hour and the much awaited long weekend begins. I'm really looking forward to it. (Jeez...what a no brainer that is...No shit you're looking forward to it...Who isn't dumb ass). Sorry....had to yell at myself for a minute. Now where was I? Oh right, the weekend. Well as I said in a previous entry we(the band) are playing on sunday night at a place that we play on all of the big holiday weekends. It's so much fun. We play alot of party tunes so the crowd really gets fucked up and crazy. Normaly this would be a bad thing but not in this case. I mean who wants to play in front of a group of people that just sit there and watch you. Not me, I like it when there dancing and making out and flashing their tits and the whole nine yards. Although I've seen some pretty scary tits at shows it's all good.

We (the band) have to get one of our members out of the dumps this weekend. His wife just told him the other day that she wants a divorce and he is really taking it hard. It's not like they were having any problems either. She just kind of flaked out and said she needed to find herself. Whatever the fuck that means. There is always something else underneath everything. My buddy can't for the life of him figure out why she wants a divorce. He says they, at least in his eyes, have been pretty happy. He is totally baffled by it. I feel really bad for him. He is one of my best friends. he is like the younger brother I never had. He was my best man and I wish there was something I could do to ease the pain he is going through. He's been through some really fucked up shit in the past few years but thats for another entry. he's a great guy but you know what they say....Nice guys always finish last. That phrase has never been so true.

Anyway I hope anyone reading this has a happy and safe weekend. And when your ready to have a drink, have one for me!
