Ready to write again

Well it's been a couple of weeks since my last entry. I guess I just didn't feel like writing much. At one point early in that two week period I went to post an entry, one of my better more meaningfull entries I think, and when I went to post it it got dumped. Damn you diaryland. I guess I need to spring for that gold membership. I'm really cheap when it comes to stuff like that. I know it's probably worth it in the end but I hate to pay for things that I can't hold in my hand ya know.

So after diaryland dumped my whole entry (mind you this wasn't the first time) I was so pissed that I really didn't feel like writing here. I still read all of my favorites on a daily basis but just didn't feel like pouring my heart and soul in here and having it lost. I guess I should start backing this shit up as I'm writing it. (Self)"Just Get The Gold Membership Already You Cheap Fuck". I probably should. well anyway, I'm back.

Update: So two weeks ago I took a few days off and went to the jersey shore to stay at my in-laws. The other four guys in my band are brothers and they rent a house in Ortley beach every year for a week so I wanted to be down there for some of the antics. I think the earliest we all went to bed was 3:30am the one night. Lets just say there wasn't much sleeping going on. I'm sure there was a spike in sales over at Anheiser Busch And Miller that week. My poor liver. Oh well, It was so much fun just hanging with my buds and talking and singing and whatever else. We don't get all that many chances to hang out anymore, at least not like we used to. We all have kids and they take priority over all things. It was a much needed bonding experience. The rest of the two week no writing period has been work, work and more work. I can hardly keep my eyes open right now.

Last sunday we played at a park in my town. There was a great turnout and we really enjoyed ourselves. It's fun playing in our town because we know everybody. It's like a big party. It was Modick Park in hopatcong. Yeah I know....Modick.....Mo...Dick! I laugh at that myself. Regardless of the name it was fun.

So now I'm at work.....where fucking else! It really sucks to take time off because when it's over you have to deal with the bullshit of fitting back into the real world. I need a permanent vacation.

Hopefully I will feel like writing more now and maybe I might actually have some interesting shit to write about. Oh by the way, here is a site that I came across, This girl is from Jersey, Nice Idea. Enjoy!
