Damn You Hashimoto!
Well it's been an interesting few weeks. i havn't even had the desire to update my diary after vacatio. I have been working like a dog and havn't really used my brain for much else thatn for work. Things are slowing down now so I intend to update often.
My wife found out that she has what is called Hashimoto's Disease or Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. The doctors suspect thats what it is. Theres a slight possibility that it could be thyroid cancer but they seem to think it's the leesse of the two evils(hashimoto's). regardless she has to have her thyroid removed. She goes in for surgery on the 22nd to have it removed. I feel really bad for her. She has been cut more time than Rocky Balboas Eye. Three c-sections, Gallbladder removed, stoach surgery as a kid, and now this. i know I'd be pretty fucking nervous about it but she seems o.k. with it all. I would be shitting in my pants right about now. She is tough though. Shit after the kids were born she would be doing stuff around the house the day she got home from the hospital and I watched how they took those kids out. Guts all over the place and blood. It's amazing how you even live after that. Anyway, I hope she does alright because I really love her and I hate to see her in any pain. And I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it isn't cancer. She would then have to have the surgery followed by radiation treatments. We'll see what happens and take it as it comes I guess.
I have been meaning to post some pics from my vacation in my photo page but I havn't had the chance yet. I'll try and do it tonight. Well anyway, Back to work.
